Why We Are Distinct
If unique is what you seek, then Coulter should be your destination. Consider the following:
Coulter's full-service association management business unit, Coulter Nonprofit Management, is one of fewer than 10 companies worldwide that earned dual Charter Accreditation from the Association Management Company Institute (AMCi), and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE, held October 2001 until dissolving its Accreditation program effective December 31, 2010). Dual Charter Accreditation was earned by less than 2 percent of association management companies worldwide.
Coulter is a highly selective "boutique" firm, partnering only with socially progressive, high-potential client organizations to transform the inertia of the status quo into the drive for sustained excellence. It is neither our intention nor desire to be everything to everybody; instead it is our approach to be the perfect fit for a select number of clients.
Coulter has aggressively pursued an "organic growth philosophy," focusing senior management resources and attention on developing existing client organizations. As a result, while others are investing in external marketing, Coulter is reinvesting in the organic growth of existing clients.
Coulter boasts an entire team of professionals solely focused on non-dues revenue development. Known internally as the Resource Development Team, this group of seasoned professionals is like having your own fundraising counsel dedicated to your group or event needs.
Coulter is sufficiently staffed (65 professionals and growing) to provide economy and scalability while delivering tailored services required to fuel growth and success.
The Result? Our consistent success on behalf of our clients demonstrates "The Coulter Difference" in making good organizations great. Click here to read about Coulter's most recent accomplishments, and here to read some of the exciting initiatives underway by Coulter clients.
“Human beings can only grow because each of their 100 trillion cells holds the capacity to execute the entire life cycle. Likewise, an organization can only grow when every individual carries its vision, and proactively puts into place the means to implement that vision.”
